On June 30, Provincial Association of the Blind held a conference to summarize 15 years of the project "Strengthening solidarity, proactively rising up, integrating with the community" for the period 2008-2023; summarize  activities in the first 6 months of 2023.

The Blind Associations in the whole province has been gradually consolidated; Executive Committees unite, organize effective activities that bring legitimate and practical benefits, improve quality of life for the blind, helps the blind to be self-motivated and gain confidence, integrate into the community. In addition, Blind Association at all levels established 287 projects, collaborated with Bank for Social Policies to lend loans to 2,173 blind people, with a total revolving capital of more than VND20 billion, promptly helping the blind and their families developing the family economy.
