At the training conference, Le Van Nghiem, head of Foreign Information Department under Ministry of Information and Communications presented some contents relating to the State management on foreign information, introduced and guided legal documents, decrees, directives relating to foreign information and information on the Party and State’s instructions, policies on foreign information work and many more.

In addition, Le Van Nghiem instructed participants to implement the work on foreign information in locality, the Government’s action plan on foreign information, strategy on foreign information, guidance on mapping out plans on foreign information for 2014 and subsequent years.
