Upon returning to Dau Tieng district, the roads of the district center, communes, and townships appeared before us truly green - clean - beautiful. Running through the new road and bridge connecting Binh Duong province with Tay Ninh province, we were also very excited and happy about the comprehensive development of the district's transportation system.

Mr. Do Duc Duy, Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of Dau Tieng district stated with pride: "This road passing through the center of Tay Ninh province is very fast, playing a crucial role in the development of the economy and society of Dau Tieng district, Binh Duong province, and Tay Ninh province; promoting the circulation of goods between Dau Tieng district and Tay Ninh province, serving the travel and transportation needs of the people of the two provinces, promoting economic and social development, creating conditions for the development of tourism in Binh Duong province and Tay Ninh province."

The development of transportation and inter-regional connectivity will be the driving force that has helped Dau Tieng district optimally attract resources to develop social infrastructure, technical infrastructure, upgrade urban and rural areas, industrial development, investment attraction, especially in the tourism investment sector in accordance with the implementation plan of the urban development program phase 2021-2025 of the district.

The solid foundation

In the first 2 months of 2024, the entire district has implemented a number of proactive measures to ensure the socio-economic development of the district continues to progress steadily. Social security work is ensured, the political security situation is maintained, and social order and safety are guaranteed... This solid foundation demonstrates unity and solidarity to focus on effectively implementing the 42 main targets and 14 key solution tasks for 2024 by the entire Party Committee of the district.

According to the plan, in 2024, Dau Tieng district strives to increase the total production value by 14.85% compared to 2023; the average income per capita increases to 85 million VND per person; state budget revenue reached over 1,600 billion VND. The entire district party committee believes that, with the spirit of determination, unity, and resolute solutions, in 2024, the district's economy will flourish, creating momentum for the district to fulfill the Resolution of the district party congress for 2020-2025.

Mr. Nguyen Phuong Linh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dau Tieng district, stated that in 2024, the entire district will effectively implement the National Target Program for New Rural Development and the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction, ensuring social security and improving people's lives. The district will vigorously implement the plan for agricultural, farmer, and rural development in the period 2021-2025, with a vision towards 2030, continue to expand and develop urban agriculture models, high-tech agriculture; establish a land use map - soil fertility to serve agricultural production in Dau Tieng district.

“The general viewpoint of the district is always to call for the development of industry, attracting investment into industrial clusters; successfully completing the objectives of the 3 breakthrough programs for urban development, agriculture - farmers - rural areas, tourism development, and the National Target Program for building new rural areas, the National Target Program for sustainable poverty reduction,” shared the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dau Tieng district.
