Uniting to build up a civilized, rich and beautiful Thuan An city

On July 1 and 2, Thuan An city’s Youth Union solemnly held the 12th Youth Union congress for the 2022-2027 tenure, with the participation of 150 official delegates representing 8,452 Youth Union members across the city.

During the last tenure, the city’s Youth Union work and children-teenagers ‘movement achieved many outstanding results. Especially, education was renewed with many creative contents and forms, focusing on ideological and political education, traditional education, thereby contributing to building up a young generation of Thuan An being rich in love to the nation with revolutionary ideals, knowledge, culture and responsibility to the community. Movements were deployed extensively and effectively, focusing on solving new, difficult, arising and breakthrough areas under the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels. The work of building a strong Union organization was strengthened… With the theme of "Thuan An’s young people promote the tradition of heroism, solidarity, creativity, pioneering in building up a civilized, rich and beautiful city", in the new tenure, Thuan An city’s Youth Union has set directions and goals calling on Youth Union officials, members, teenagers and children throughout the city to promote the tradition of heroic homeland and unite to contribute to develop Thuan An city into an urban - service center towards civilized, rich and beautiful development.

The congress elected 29 members to the Executive Board of the city’s Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure; nominated 25 official delegates, 5 alternate delegates to attend provincial Youth Union congress. Pham Nguyen Phuong Tha was re-elected as Secretary of the city’s Youth Union for the new tenure.
