Various good models emerge in the process of administrative procedures

Over the past 10 years, Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has implemented a number of solutions in administrative procedure reform such as enhancing control of the administrative procedure settlement process, promulgating regulations on coordinated implementation of administrative procedures (Decision No. 352/QD-UBND dated February 5, 2018 of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee),  shortening the time for processing administrative procedures compared with the time limit prescribed by law, establishing the model of guiding administrative procedures and filling out forms for the elderly and illiterate people; setting up death and live birth registration model for re-registration at home; implementing the "4 on-the-spot" actions of receiving, transferring for processing, document processing and returning results.

In the past 10 years, many good models have particularly emerged in Binh Duong such as the movement to build a government of friendly offices for the people, volunteer model at Binh Duong provincial Public Administration Center;  the 1022 hot-line system, and the cashless payments via POS.
