At X’mas shops in Binh Duong province, products for Christmas season are flooded with Vietnam-made goods with new, strange and nice products.

Products for Christmas holiday are diversified and there are many new ones this year. Various decorations including Christmas trees, lights, garlands and crystal ornaments so on look very beautiful and luxury. Hanging ornaments for X’mas tree decoration including crystal balls price a VND18,000-25,000 per unit whilst star lights are at VND150,000 per item.

 

Products for Christmas season are very plentiful.

Along to Phu Loi road, numerous shops hang Christmas clothes for children pricing at VND30,000-113,000. Gifts for the holiday are very plentiful with a price at VND9,000-40,000 per item.

A small Santa Claus costs VND15,000 more. Huong, the owner of a shop in Thu Dau Mot market, said she displayed most domestically made products for the holiday.

A 6 metre pine tree, for example, is priced at VND6mil. The prices of pine trees depend on style and quality. According to many owners of the shops, products for Christmas holiday are made by Vietnamese companies with over 50% of new products in this year.

To Nguyen, a staff of a foreign language center, said “In this year, Vietnam-made Christmas products are dominating local market with a great change of color and style. Furthermore, prices of the products are very reasonable”. 

Many shops serving for Christmas season have emerged across province. Van, the owner of grocery store, said “many families have started buying ornament products for Christmas season. Overall, the number of clients purchasing Christmas gifts increases higher than previous years”.

Possibly speaking, preparations for Christmas holiday in this year have taken place lively and early, promising a significant Christmas season for every one.
