As a join venture unit between Vietnam, Ukraine and Russia, Visorutex now has 3 units in the province. Among 500 laborers, 400 of whom have worked for Visorutex Rubber Plantation located at Tan Uyen district’s Binh My commune.

With more than 1,000 ha of rubber under exploitation since 2003, the plantation has been granted merit certificates for its excellent achievements of production and business.

Considering human resources as a decisive factor for production and business, the plantation has specially paid attention to laborers’ material and spiritual life. In the third quarter of 2010 alone, the plantation’s laborers enjoyed an income of over VND6mil per capita per month.

Amid inflation and price hike, the plantation has supported more costs for its manpower. Its mass bodies of trade union, youth union have helped some poor workers overcome difficulties of illness and life… Most of workers and staff have long attached to the plantation, contributing to boost up Visorutex’s development.
