Youth Union Central Committee Secretary pays gift visit to volunteer students in Binh Duong

Early July 27, Le Quoc Phong, Secretary of the Youth Union Central Committee cum Chairman of the Vietnam Students Association together with leaders of Binh Duong province’s Youth Union visited and presented gifts to volunteer students of Thu Dau Mot University in Hung Hoa commune and Binh Duong Medical College in Cay Truong commune in Bau Bang district.

In each visiting place, Mr.Phong extended best regards to volunteer students, spoke highly of their contributions over the past time while encouraging them to further uphold their volunteer spirit and make more contributions to the 2015 summer youth volunteer campaign and other many significant activities.

It is known that Binh Duong Medical College’s volunteer team in Cay Truong commune includes 16 students and has begun working from July 18 to 31 with such significant activities as making dissemination against diseases, cleaning up rural roads, opening summer classes for children…With 20 students, Thu Dau Mot University’s volunteer team in Hung Hoa commune have started a series of volunteer activities, including organizing summer classes for children, joining hands with the commune’s Youth Union to carry out a youth work on clearing rural roads, collecting waste, eradicating illegal advertising boards, planting green trees... from July 10 to 30.
