Youth Union of Provincial Agencies’ bloc to be voluntary, responsible in service to the community

For the community life

The Youth Union has 43 union branches. In 2017, young people in the bloc organized many programs with distinctive features. For example, Youth Union of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development installed, connected 1,200m of D42 pipes leading to roads in Dong Sam hamlet, Dinh An commune (Dau Tieng) for 6 households. Fund for this work were collected by the Youth Union from units inside and outside the sector (total cost was VND58.3 million). Provincial Agencies’ bloc Youth Union also funded VND15 million for the "hardening of rural roads" in An Binh commune, Phu Giao district.

In addition, during the Youth Month, the Youth Union organized a price-stabilization campaign for the people, young workers in Phu Giao district; 7 health care sessions, free medical examination, medicine dispensation for people with total expenditure of VND103 million; presented 4 garbage cans to An Son Commune Youth Union (Thuan An Township); launched the propaganda of building "safe wharf"; 60 gifts and scholarships to poor pupils in An Son commune, Thuan An town and An Linh commune, Phu Giao district with a total value of VND15 million...

At the same time, subordinate Youth Unions within the bloc also carried out many welfare activities for community life with a total benefit of VND75.5 million. In the Pink holiday campaign, the Youth Union presented 50 gifts (VND80,000 each) and 15 scholarships (VND 300,000 each) to poor-but-excellent, 1,000 notebooks to students in border areas in Long Phuoc Commune, Ben Cau District, Tay Ninh Province. Subordinate Youth Unions also organized 38 volunteer activities caring for children in and outside the province with a total expenditure of VND233 million...

Implementation of office civilization beauty

Office civilization, in essence, is to build the personal value of each cadre, civil servant through the formation of good disciplinal habits, orders. In 2017, the Youth Union Standing Committee also launched the contest "Civil servants to jointly implement administrative procedure reform in 2017" to promote civil servants’ role in the implementation of the State administrative reform program, contributing to finding solutions to solve urgent problems of people related to administrative procedures. The Youth Union also launched the movement "Office civilization - the beauty of union members" and the contest "Office smile" in 2017 to encourage civil servants to be exemplary in communication with the people, with leaders, colleagues, and well comply with rules and regulations on management and use of Provincial Administrative Center. It has attracted the interest of all unions of the bloc, creating strong propagation and change of consciousness, moral quality, and lifestyle among young civil servants.
