Amidst the Covid-19 resurgence, the performance of the "dual goals", which are to ensure pandemic prevention control, and to stimulate production and business activities, helps enterprises stand firmly and sustain economic growth momentum. According to Bui Minh Tri, Head of Provincial Industrial Parks' Management Board, in the province, the Covid-19 has changed all working, production and business plans of enterprises. In the current context, enterprises have to prevent and fight against the pandemic to ensure safety and health of employees, while actively maintaining and developing production and business to adapt to the new situation.

Enterprises have actively implemented a series of prevention and control measures, such as to require workers to wear face masks, measure body temperature, and make daily medical declaration, guaranteed distancing at workplace. Although the Covid-19 has had new and more complicated developments, the serious implementation of the Central and provincial leaders' directive on pandemic prevention and control measures contributed to prevent the spreading in companies and factories. Currently, Binh Duong province has no Covid-19 infected workers at workplaces. This is an initial success, which is of great significance, contributing to ensuring the safety and health of workers, as well as maintaining production and business activities for enterprises.

Besides the battle against the pandemic, enterprises have been very energetic in economic development. Enterprises have been actively overcome difficulties in the supply of raw materials and export markets.

At Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company (Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City), all workers wear face masks and measure body temperature before starting their shift. In addition, the company also divides working hours by production lines to reduce the number of workers at the same time, ensuring a distance of 2m. At canteen, the company's Trade Union installed additional partitions between tables to limit direct contacts and prevent the spreading.

According to Tran Van Hung, a worker of Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company, from beginning of this year, when the Covid-19 appeared, the company propagated and warned about its symptoms and measures to prevent and control the epidemic. Currently, all of us workers were self-conscious about prevention actions, such as wearing face masks, washing hands, measuring body temperature, and making daily medical reports. The company also informs the pandemic developments, sets up a safe factory model, helping workers feel more secure at workplace.

In fact, building safety criteria amidst the Covid-19 crisis is the method of most businesses in the province to keep their workers healthy and maintain production activities. According to Nguyen Tai Duong, Trade Union Chairman of Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company, the company actively developed a plan for epidemic prevention and control under the guidance of the health authority; disinfects offices and factories every day; sets up a quick response team, set up a quarantine room, train our medical staff for handling methods, in case there is a suspected or infected person. Due to good performance of epidemic prevention work, the company's production activities are taking place as usual and stably.

Similarly, in Bao Van Plastic Joint Stock Company (Thuan An City), all officials and workers wear face masks, measure their body temperature twice a day, and report daily health condition. Hand sanitizers are put at the entrance, workshops... Nguyen Minh Duc, HR Head of the company, said that because of the active prevention and control measures, the company's production activities are secured.

Bui Minh Tri said, enterprises and workers in industrial zones are implementing measures to prevent and fight against Covid-19 under the guidance of health authority. Enterprises maintain normal operations. Epidemic prevention and control in industrial zones have been strictly carried out. Management Board of Provincial Industrial Parks issued guidance documents on implementing the Government and Provincial People's Committee's instructions on Covid-19 prevention control and maintaining production. Most businesses determined that anti-epidemic is the most important task in order to maintain production and business, proactively adapt to the new situation.
