In the early Lunar New Year 2019, officials, workers of many enterprises in the province have begun to work and produce in bustling and energetic atmosphere.

On 11 Feb, Thuong Nguyen Wood Processing Company (Tan Uyen town) started their work. Director Duong Thi Tu Trinh said in 2019, the company set a target of 20-30% growth rate. At the first meeting of new year, the company strengthened their departments and groups to improve the efficiency of production and business activities, provide customers with the best services and machines. The company's leaders directly listened to proposals, gave encouragement to employees.

On 10 Feb, Phuong Nam Cargo Services and Trading Company (Thuan An town) launched their production at the beginning of the year. According to Deputy Director Nguyen Quang Sang, in 2018, the company's revenue was quite high, customer loyalty also increased. In 2019, the company will employ technical solutions to improve service efficiency, lower costs, and speed up delivery process, providing the best service to customers. Accordingly, the company attaches great importance to associating with members of Binh Duong Logistics Association to provide customers with the best service, meeting the transport demands in the new situation.

Immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday 2019, many businesses in the province have sped up their production, creating a lively and effective working atmosphere in the new early spring days. Tran Anh Vu, Director of Lien Thanh Company (Ben Cat town), said that in 2019, the company would focus on making the most of the advantages of FTAs and domestic resources. In addition, the company enhances the application of new technologies to improve product quality, control quality, maintain potential markets and conquer new markets.

Phan Le Diem Trang, Vice Chairwoman of Binh Duong Garment Association - Director of International Garment Company (Ben Cat town), affirmed that in 2018 the national textile and garment industry in general and Binh Duong in particular achieved many good results, was appreciated by partners. Recently, many textile enterprises of Binh Duong have signed valuable orders and contracts with countries such as the United States, Korea, Japan... Particularly, International Garment Company received production orders until the end of Jun 2019, FOB order rate (purchase of raw materials, self-production and direct sales without intermediaries) is rising.

According to Dien Quang Hiep, Chairman of Binh Duong Furniture Association (BIFA), in 2019, Binh Duong wood industry is determined to maintain and expand export markets. He hoped that related agencies would continue to support timber enterprises in trade promotion, development of raw materials sources and technology.

In these days, many businesses in the province have held grand opening ceremony to welcome their workers back to work. Nguyen Bao An, from Thai Binh, works at a company in Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park 1, said: “This year our husband and I returned to Binh Duong earlier than previous years. Because this year the company started to work early to fulfill many orders, and our two children have to go back to school early. Our Tet bonuses this year are quite high, thus we had a very happy Tet. After the holiday, all employees in the company are so happy and motivated to work harder”.

At Thuong Nguyen Wood Processing Company, before the Lunar New Year 2019, the company gave gifts and Tet bonuses, organized a party for workers. By this time, most employees have returned to work.
