Data of natural resources and environment of the province to be collected in 2018

Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan for collecting natural resources and environment data in 2018 in the province. Accordingly, agencies, organizations and individuals in the course of performing assigned tasks to carry out projects or projects funded by the State budget or originating from the State budget shall have to submit data to specialized agencies for collection, management, update, exploitation and use of data on natural resources and environment according to the provisions of laws.

Collecting agencies at the provincial level include the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Transportation, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial Industrial Park Authority, Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Authority; at district level, including the Division of Environment and Natural Resources, Urban Management Division, Department of Home Affairs, People's Committees of communes, wards and towns. List of data to be collected include land data; geological and mineral data; data on water resources; environmental data; data on forest rangers; data on traffic, irrigation; dossiers and results of the inspection and examination of the handling of violations, the settlement of disputes, complaints and denunciations about natural resources and environment matters, which have been settled by the competent State bodies; dossiers and results of the projects, programs and subjects of scientific and technological research related to the natural resources and environment branch; legal documents issued by the National Assembly, the Government, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, People's Council and People's Committee issued in the area of ​​natural resources and environment; standards and technical regulations on economic and technical norms on natural resources and environment and other data related to the state management of natural resources and environment; group documents commonly shared in the activities of the units.
