Ensuring fire safety at petrol stations

Provincial Department of Industry and Trade (DoIT), on May 29, had a working session with the Division of Fire Fighting Police and Rescue under provincial Police Agency about ensuring fire fighting and prevention safety at petrol stations.

At the working session, provincial DoIT announced the decision of provincial People’s Committee on approval of the Project on “Adjustment and development of petrol trading network to 2030”. The whole province is now to 444 petrol retail stores. Among them, there are 248 allowed to keep actualities, 41 not meeting safe conditions and 155 in the list of petrol stations that must be upgraded…

In the coming time, provincial fire-fighting police and DoIT will further have coordination in handling wrong cases while advising provincial People’s Committee on removing difficulties in this field.
