Enterprises take part in dialogues on labor laws

To implement legal support plan for businesses in 2019, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs held a conference on labor laws for nearly 200 enterprises in the province.

At the conference, participants were learned about some common mistakes in enforcement of labor law at enterprises; labor policies, wages; labor safety and hygiene policies and implementation. At the same time, business representatives also asked questions, discussed, and made suggestions on labor law, employment, social insurance.

The conference was held to enhance understanding for business owners, contribute to improving working conditions for employees; at the same time solving difficulties of enterprises in the enforcement of labor laws, employment, social insurance to protect workers' legitimate rights, building harmonious, stable labor relationships at businesses and localities.
