Job creation program contributes to developing economy, ensuring social welfare

Over the past five years, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP)’s Binh Duong branch provided more than VND2.26trillion in job support loan for 53,000 enterprises, production-business facilities and households or 55.78% of total outstanding loans.

Most clients used the loan for production development. It also contributed to generating jobs for nearly 54,000 laborers, helping the locality effectively realize the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction.

The branch is suggesting the VBSP to further provide it with additional job support loan of VND400billion, better meeting the local people’s demand for loans.
