Law abiding enterprises in Tan Uyen town under intensified check-up

According to Tan Uyen town People’s Committee in Q1-2021, 49 local enterprises have been granted business registration certificates by Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee, which was an addition of 8 enterprises from previous term to account for over VND 312 billion of registered capital.

The town People’s Committee has just decided on checking up the law observation regarding regulations on land and environment at organizations and individual producers and businesses. Accordingly, they have checked 49 cases being reported of environment issues to administer sanctions on 2 cases at the cost of over VND 603 million.
