Over 16.3million kWh of electricity saved

The province, in May, 2017, saved more than 16.34 million kWh of electricity. Thus, the province’s total output of electricity over the past five months saved was more than 82.93 million kWh of electricity. Of that amount, State agencies and offices saved more than 3.05 million kWh of electricity; the public lighting sector, 469.467 kWh of electricity; industrial manufacture, more than 75.49 million kWh of electricity and households, more than 3.9 million kWh of electricity.

Also during the period, the province’s output of commercial electricity reached more than 4.19 billion kWh of electricity, up 9.29% compared to the corresponding period last year. Of that amount, more than 3.24 billion kWh of electricity was supplied to the industrial sector.

In addition, the province’s electricity sector installed additional 12,213 galvanometers, bringing the total number of galvanometers here so far to 424,586. There are now 99.99% of the local households in use of electricity.
