In the PCI rankings in 2019, Binh Duong ranked 13th nationwide with 67.38 / 100 points, belonging to the "Good" group. Binh Duong is also the top province in the PCI 2019 ranking of Southeast region. Regarding the PAR Index and the People's and Organization Satisfaction Index for the service of the state administrative agency (SIPAS) in 2019, Binh Duong reached 88.2%, ranked first. The Southeast region and 13th in the country, up 2.9% compared to 2018 (85.3%).
