The province has 69 credit institutions

Statistics from State Bank Binh Duong branch show that there are currently 67 bank branches and credit institutions in the province, including 17 state-owned commercial banks, 31 joint-stock commercial banks, 1 foreign joint venture bank, 7 100% foreign-owned banks, 1 foreign bank branch, 5 representative offices of financial companies, 1 branch of financial company, 2 micro-financial institutions, and 2 other banks. The province also has 10 local people's credit funds.

Currently, credit institutions are expanding its network to remote communes to meet people's demand for monetary transactions and financial services in the province.
