100% district units to apply one-stop system

During the first quarter of 2015, 100% units at district level have implemented the modern one-stop system on the basis of the one-stop software application at files receiving and returning divisions.
In fact, benefits of this mechanism are reducing paperwork, travelling time, easy access to information; tracking status of submitted files via electronic pages, mobile messages, or information kiosks installed at one-stop divisions.
On the other hand, the modern one-stop system has assisted leaders of departments, agencies in overseeing, monitoring the whole administrative procedures, detecting shortcomings to make timely correction.
