The 18th session of 7th provincial People’s Council officially inaugurates today. The session will assess results of implementing the local People’s Council’s resolution on socio-economic development, legal execution in 2010 and 2006-2010 period, discuss and concretize the 9th provincial party congress’ resolution and local party committee’s resolution on socio-economic development in 2011.

The first working day at the session will ratify 18 contents of documents and reports. Delegates will discuss crucial issues on local socio-economic growth and join in question & answer program in the second working day.

Besides, the local People’s Council will additionally select positions for the local People’s Committee. The third working day is expected to ratify 22 resolutions and end on Dec. 9.
