200 gifts donated to the poor in Phu Giao

In response to the “Tet for the poor, the disabled and Agent Orange victims” movement launched by the Central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross Society, Phu Giao district’s Red Cross Society, on January 12, presented gifts to the poor, the disabled and Agent Orange victims.

Particularly, the association offered 200 gifts worth VND800,000 each to the poor, the disabled and Agent Orange victims. This was one of practical activities done by the association, helping the local advantaged people enjoy a happy and warm Tet.

*The Youth Union of Binh Duong Junior College of Trade Union Skill and Technology has also just visited, presented 5 boxes of instant noodle, 50 kg of rice and 90 gifts to provincial Center for Disabled and Lonely Elderly People in Thuan An town’s An Son commune.

This was also a chance for the school’s Youth Union members to express the “good leaves protect the bad ones” spirit, contributing to realizing social welfare.
