According to the provincial 2011-2015 plan on social housing building, houses for local public servants, officers and soldiers under the local armed force will include 147,000sqm by 2015, meeting accommodation for 4,200 residents. At present, as many as 7,000sqm of house has been completed basically.

In addition, the locality will spend about 60,000sqm to build houses for students and about 1,250,000sqm for laborers, about 500,000sqm for low incomers.

The total investment capital for the plan is at about VND11,925bil, of which VND1,425bil is for compensation and site clearance and VND10,500bil for construction.
