2015 provincial “Young physicians following Uncle Ho’s teachings” fest opens

Early May 17, provincial Youth Federation in collaboration with provincial Young Physicians’ Association held a ceremony to kick off the 2015 “Young physicians following Uncle Ho’s teachings” festival entitled “Volunteering for the community’s health” at Foster Electronics Company in VSIP II.

More than 500 workers of the company participated in the festival. After the opening ceremony, the festival took place with many significant activities, comprising of providing free medical check-ups, medicine and gifts for young workers; giving training on first-aid skills, propagandizing measures against foot-and-mouth disease and organizing a program named “Youth giving blood”.

Prior to that, a program “Washing hands by soap”, as part of the 2015 provincial “Young physicians following Uncle Ho’s teachings” festival was also organized at a charity class of TDM city’s Hiep Thanh ward.
