From the beginning of the year, joint-department teams have inspected some 296 agencies in field of land, minerals, and environment and water resources. Of which, 273 cases were fined nearly VND 5 billion.

 

Among the cases were 185 cases in field of environment. As for natural mineral exploitation, People’s Committee has urgently directed departments and authorities to review management and disallow licensing survey and exploitation of minerals within the locality.

 

In terms of land, People’s Committee has intensified inspection and processing project that delayed launching too long to retrieve land. People’s Committee has direct good management of exploitation fields in districts of Tan Uyen and Di An.
