Provincial Red Cross Society and Kim Oanh Trading-Services-Construction Joint Stock Company (SJC), on April 17, co-held a get-together for disable people with hard circumstances to celebrate the National Day for the Disable People.

 As surveyed, the whole province now has 20,995 disabled people, 3,090 of whom are under hard circumstances. The province also offered more help to needy disabled people in economic development over the past years, contributing to helping them improve their lives.

 On this occasion, provincial Red Cross Society also presented gifts to 350 disabled people across the province, funded by Kim Oanh Trading-Services-Construction SJC. It is known that each gift, valued at VND650mln, includes VND400,000 and some necessaries.
