37 cases of entry checked

In order to proactively monitor and detect cases of Omicron variant and implement timely disease prevention control measures, Medical Center of Tan Uyen Town has checked cases of entry into the town since the 28th Nov 2021 to 4th Jan 2022. Accordingly, Tan Uyen Town received 37 entries, including 24 Chinese, 9 Taiwanese, 3 Malaysian and 1 Indian people. Test results showed that all 37 cases had negative PCR results for SARS-CoV-2 and were isolated and tested according to regulations.

According to statistics since the outbreak of the disease until now, the whole province has welcomed 4,385 foreign workers to enter, of which 4,197 people from Tan Son Nhat airport, 188 from Moc Bai border gate (Tay Ninh province). As a result, 7 cases were positive for Covid-19.
