78 hectares of vegetables, crops in Bau Bang with hi-tech application

Currently, Bau Bang district has around 14 hectares of various vegetables and crops applied high technologies in production with high economic efficiency, mostly in communes of Long Nguyen, Lai Hung and Tru Van Tho.

The whole district is also home to around 64 hectares of fruits like green-skin pomelo, tangerine, king orange, guava…equipped with automatic sprinkler system for high output and quality.

Possibly speaking, hi-tech application in cultivation has helped the local farmers raise their vegetables and crops’ productivity, reducing farming land and secure high income. Especially, their quality of agricultural products has met current requirements on food safety and hygiene.
