The Provincial People's Council has established a delegation to supervise the implementation of policies and laws on planning work in the province, since the Law on Planning took effect.

Accordingly, the supervising plan aims to promptly grasp the implementation of planning in the province. Thereby, to evaluate the achieved results, difficulties, obstacles and causes in the implementation process; propose solutions to improve the quality of planning tasks in the next stages.

Supervision contents include: The promulgation of policies, legal documents and official documents guiding the implementation of the Planning Law, and related laws, ordinances and resolutions of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee. The formulation, appraisal, approval, publication and implementation of provincial plannings for the period of 2021-2030; the review and promulgation of a list of plannings integrated into the master plans of the national planning system and the adjustment of the planning for the period 2011-2020 when the planning in the national planning system has not been approved by a competent authority; the construction, operation and exploitation of national information system and database on planning...

It is known that the delegation will collaborate with the National Assembly's supervising delegation to work directly with the supervised units and relevant agencies in the coming days.
