An activity contributes to taking care of people with meritorious services to the revolution

On the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (February 27), Hiep An Ward’s Youth Union (Thu Dau Mot City) coordinated with Nhan Hoa Clinic to organize free medical examination and medicine distribution for policy families and people with meritorious services in the area.

In this program, policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services got health check and health advice of doctors and nurses at Nhan Hoa Clinic, such as: blood pressure check, internal medicine; cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, others, and received free medicine. Doctors also advised patients on a reasonable diet and knowledge about physical exercise to improve health and quality of life.

In addition to policy beneficiaries being invited to visit the clinic directly, this time, doctors also came to their homes to examine, consult, and treat 15 cases of wounded and sick soldiers that have war wounds, chronic diseases, weak health, and difficulty walking. At each visit, representatives of the Ward Youth Union and doctors and nurses encouraged, gave them treatment advice and presented each person a gift worth 300,000 VND.
