Hoang Xuan Quy is well-known as an outstanding Youth Union chief in Tan Hiep commune’s hamlet 2 in Phu Giao district.

The U30 Youth Union chief said that in 2005, he used VND10mln in loan from the Plan 120 to  grow cashew, rubber with high economic value and breed cows in order to develop homebased business. As a result, he has so far developed more than 3 hectares of cashew and rubber, more than 1.3 hectares of which are under exploitation. On average, his family’s monthly income is between VND18mln and VND20mln.

In addition to good business, Quy is an enthusiastic Youth Union chief with the capability of gathering young people. He is also an outstanding semiofficial policeman. For many times, he excellently cooperated with the local people and police in other localities to catch and seize many crimes.

For achievements done, Hoang Xuan Quy was awarded the titles “Advanced youth in following Uncle Ho’s teachings”, “Youth live beautifully” together with many other noble titles.
