Announcing additional administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment

The provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on the announcement of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of environment, hydrometeorology, geology and minerals and water resources.

This decision replaces Decision No. 1801/QD-UBND dated July 2, 2018 on the announcement of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, District People's Committee and Commune People's Committee. Accordingly, there are 21 amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of environment, hydrometeorology, geology and minerals, water resources under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, including 6 key administrative procedures in the field of environment; 3 administrative procedures in the field of meteorology and hydrology; 10 administrative procedures in the field of geology and minerals; 2 administrative procedures in the field of water resources.
