Bau Bang marks CPV’s 86th founding anniversary

Early Jan.27, Bau Bang district’s Party Committee held a get-together to mark the 86^th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (Feb.3, 1930-Feb.3, 2016) and review the local Party building work in 2015. Attending the event were heroic Vietnamese mothers; Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee and leaders of the locality over periods.

At the get-together, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the CPV during the past 86 years. Upholding this tradition, Bau Bang district strived to overcome difficulties and fulfill entrusted tasks. The district’s economy in 2015 continued reaching sustainable development. Particularly, the district’s industrial and agricultural production value obtained over VND8.38trillion and nearly VND1.67trillion, up nearly 12% and 6.41%, respectively.

Also in 2015, the district’s Party Standing Committee continued promoting Party building work. There were 14 out of 22 local Party organizations recognized as “pure and strong” ones; 17.8% of Party members excellently fulfilling entrusted tasks and 91.9% with good completion.

On this occasion, 26 women in the district were posthumously bestowed with the “heroic Vietnamese mother” title. The district’s Party Committee also awarded the 30-55 year Party membership insignias to 17 Party members.
