Becamex IDC donates social houses to policy beneficiaries

Early July 24, Becamex IDC in collaboration with provincial Fatherland Front Committee and provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs held a ceremony to hand over social houses to policy beneficiary families and revolutionary contributors in need of housing in the Dinh Hoa social housing area in Dinh Hoa ward’s quarter 2 in TDM city. Attending the event were Nguyen Thanh Liem, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with leaders of sectors, departments in the province and Becamex IDC.

Accordingly, 13 social houses worth VND160million each were given for policy beneficiaries and revolutionary contributors in need of housing in Thuan An town. Each family was also offered essential commodities, comprising of tables, chairs, fans, worth VND10million. In August ahead, Becamex IDC will further donate 31 houses to policy beneficiary families in the My Phuoc and Bau Bang social housing areas.

It is known that Becamex IDC has registered to carry out 3 programs on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2017), including donating 100 social houses worth VND12billion to policy beneficiary families; awarding 200 scholarships worth VND65billion to Eastern International University’s students who are the offspring of policy beneficiary and poor families; funding a healthcare program for heroic Vietnamese mothers through Becamex International Hospital and My Phuoc General Hospital with a total value estimated at VND10billion.
