On the afternoon of October 10, Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee received and worked with a delegation of the Youth Union Central Committee's Secretariat on the implementation of the Resolution No. Decision No. 25-NQ/TW dated July 25, 2008 of the 10th Party Central Committee on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in youth work in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization" in the province.

Under the resolution, over the past time, Party committees at all levels in the province paid attention to leading and directing Youth Unions at all levels to carry out the work of educating young people on revolutionary ideals, morals as well as giving political training for them. Provincial Party Committee set up an action program on "Training, attracting and improving the quality of the local human resources for the period of 2006-2010". In addition, provincial Youth Unions at all levels launched and implemented the movement of accompanying young people in learning while effectively implementing the Project on "Supporting youth in vocational training and job creation for the period of 2008-2015" and the youth support program in  "Start-up - creation"...

At the working session, representatives of provincial departments and sectors discussed a number of issues, such as: Youth development strategy, vocational training in rural youth, Party development in schools, vocational training and job introduction for vulnerable youth…
