After the successful pilot implementation at Complex Zone’s customs squad under My Phuoc Industrial Park’s customs branch, Binh Duong Customs has officially implemented widely 37 online public services on their system.
Nguyen Thi Hong Thu, Head of Binh Duong Customs Office, said the deployment of public services via Internet was a result of the reform program to modernize Vietnam customs in general as well as constant efforts of Binh Duong customs to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the province.
Benefits of public services are to save time, paper costs, travel costs of customers; make customs operations more transparency.
