On the afternoon of June 3, a delegation of the Japan Business Association in Ho Chi Minh city, led by Mizushima Kozo, Chairman of the association paid a courtesy visit to provincial leaders. At the reception, Mr. Mizushima Kozo suggested the province to further support Japanese enterprises. He hoped that on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, Binh Duong province will have more activities to further tighten the friendship between the two countries as well as between the two provinces Binh Duong province and the association.
For his part, Mr. Ha said that Binh Duong is one of the country’s top localities in economic growth. The province took the lead in FDI attraction in the first 5 months of 2022. In the coming time, Binh Duong will further improve the local investment climate and urban planning in order to continue attracting more foreign enterprises.
Regarding the recommendations by the Association's Chairman, Mr.Ha said that this was a necessary activity while saying that Binh Duong will organize many activities to strengthen and set up a close relationship between the local government and Japanese enterprises, between Vietnam and Japan on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan under the direction of the Government as well as the local conditions. In the coming time, the province will maintain dialogue activities with foreign enterprises investing in Vietnam as well as in Binh Duong, including Japanese ones.
He also asked for relevant departments and sectors to consider and promptly settle recommendations, quickly removing difficulties for Japanese enterprises.
