ESR Group explores Binh Duong’s investment environment

On the afternoon of June 2, Nguyen Loc Ha, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee received and worked with leaders of ESR Group.

ESR is the largest real estate asset management group in the Asia-Pacific region, with total assets under management of US$140 billion. The Group is focusing on services such as e-commerce, data center, biotechnology while setting up a strategy to expand the Asia-Pacific data center and solar power project. For Vietnamese market, it is considered to be very potential, suitable for developing the new economic projects of ESR Group. On that basis, the group is looking for investment cooperation opportunities in Binh Duong province.

Welcoming ESR group's investment expansion strategy in Vietnam, Mr. Ha said that the group's capacity, experience and projects in new economic sectors are very suitable to the strategic development orientation of Binh Duong province that is aiming at improving trade - services. Binh Duong has many favorable conditions for investment and development together with large partners such as Becamex IDC for investment cooperation.

Mr.Ha expressed his wish that ESR will be interested in investing in the province. He also said that the province will give the best support for investors in the process of researching and promoting investment in Binh Duong.
