Commenting on the development of this smart city after 12 years of formation and development, architect-Dr. Ngo Viet Nam Son said that Binh Duong has been ahead in the vision of urban planning. Besides planning under a modern and civilized model, becoming the new center of Binh Duong, the complex has attracted many enterprises to invest in infrastructure development. “Binh Duong has succeeded in planning functional subdivisions, including housing for experts, investors, housing for civil servants, people with good incomes and housing for workers. This is the type of planning that advanced countries have done with each utility at subjects’ needs.
