At present, Binh Duong has had 5,214 victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, 919 of whom enjoy allowances. To ease pains for victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, Binh Duong Society for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin has implemented many significant deeds such as granting hi-unity houses and money for the victims. Huynh Van Nhi highly valued contributions of the society.

In the next term, the society will set up affiliates across localities as well as spur promulgation and support for victims.
