Binh Duong welcomes CT Group to develop investment cooperation

On May 28, Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with leaders of CT Group.

At the meeting, Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of CT Group, shared about the sectors that are strengths of the group, such as smart urban development, high technology, new energy, and quantum technology…

Representatives of member companies of CT Group presented and proposed projects they wish to invest in Binh Duong, such as projects on training and universalizing automatic greenhouse gas inventory, credit carbon and carbon credit trading; project to build industrial parks for semiconductor chip production; project to build smart, low-emission urban areas along Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh Expressway... The group's member companies also hope that Binh Duong province would have preferential land policies in science and technology parks; have a training plan and a regime to attract high-quality human resource to meet the development of high-tech fields in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Minh welcomed CT Group's suggestions; and asked relevant departments and branches to coordinate with the group to discuss and take the next steps for feasible projects; assigned Department of Construction to introduce suitable locations for CT Group to research and develop urban projects. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that Binh Duong is converting functions of some industrial parks in Di An City into high-tech parks. This is also a favorable location for CT Group to develop its projects.
