To implement large works and projects, especially key ones on schedule, along with issues on capital, contractor capacity..., site clearance is one of the most important factors. Realizing the importance of site clearance, provincial leaders focused on leading and directing the good implementation of compensation and site clearance to ensure the rights and interests of people with land recovered and soon hand over sites to investors so that key traffic projects could be implemented on schedule over the past time.

Over the past time, many important projects in Binh Duong province were implemented quickly thanks to the initiative, creativity in leadership, determination and flexibility in administration. Therefore, the province mobilized resources for implementation, creating high consensus among people. According to a report by provincial authorities, along with to results done over the past time, there are still some obstacles in site clearance compensation at a number of key and inter-regional traffic projects. To continue removing difficulties and speed up the progress of key projects in the province, since early this year, provincial Party Committee organized a working group to survey a number of projects to grasp obstacles for timely solutions to speed up their progress of construction. Provincial leaders have also assigned specific tasks, including site clearance, to each sector and locality for implementation.
