Upholding the traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, provincial Youth Unions at all levels constantly developed over the past time. They paid attention to child care and education. Provincial Youth Union also organized and mobilized Youth Union members to be always proactive and take the lead in the cause of innovation; emulate labor, study, and master technology; make innovative startup; volunteer for the sake of the community, thereby further affirming their role, contributing to enriching the glorious tradition and pride of Binh Duong youth in the new revolutionary period.

Over the past years, provincial Youth Union and Young Pioneer Organization maintained their excellent titles. Especially, provincial Youth Union was awarded the first-class Labor Medal twice by the State President. In addition, provincial Youth Federation and Young Pioneer Organization were awarded the second-class Labor Medal by the State President. At the get-together, Nguyen Van Loi, Secretary of provincial Party Committee highly appreciated and acknowledged worthy contributions done by the local youth over the past time while requiring to place youth in the relationship of making socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, building the Party and political system to develop and take care of the legitimate rights and interests of youth. Mr. Loi hopes that provincial Youth Unions at all levels will further orient young people and children to live with dreams, ambitions and ideals while suggesting the Youth Union to pay attention to organizing practical movements; promote the volunteer spirit of young people to participate in building their homeland, contributing to the Party, life and society, building up a more prosperous and happier homeland and country.
