Specialized survey on administrative reform in registration and residence management in Thuan An City

On March 20, a survey team of Provincial People's Council's Legal Department led by Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Head of the Department, worked with Binh Hoa Ward Police and Binh Chuan Ward Police (Thuan An City).

At the survey, representatives of Binh Hoa Ward Police and Binh Chuan Ward Police reported the results achieved in the reform of administrative procedures related to registration and residence management in early 2024; problems and difficulties.

Survey team members asked local authorities to clarify more information related to registration and residence management in cases of shared-register housing, self-divided land lots, land sales, and spontaneous handwritings; procedures for paper and online documents. Local authorities and Thuan An City Police specifically answered the questions raised by the survey team members.

Speaking at the end of the survey, Mai acknowledged the difficulties and problems, which will be summarized and report to competent authorities to resolve the issues in the near future.
