“Why did I join the Party?”

That was the topic of a talkshow to improve the quality of the province’s Party development work among students, young workers in 2024, taking place on the afternoon of March 19 at Thu Dau Mot University, organized by provincial Youth Union Standing Committee.

The event was attended by Nguyen Minh Thuy, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission; Bui Thanh Nhan, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of departments, sectors; Party committees of districts, towns, cities and units under provincial Party Committee.

At the talkshow, delegates gave speeches on the role and importance of the Party's development work among students, young workers and solutions to promote Party development work among these subjects.  They also shared their feelings when joining the Communist Party of Vietnam as well as contributing ideas to Party building among Youth Union members, students and young workers.

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Thuy said that along with results done, the Party's development targets are still very modest. For the work of Party development among students and young workers to be effective in the coming time, it is necessary to create a healthy environment, inspiring them to strive to join the Party; promote propaganda and education among young generations, creating pervasion in many forms; pay attention to the work of creating resources from Youth Union members, especially from students...

On this occassion, a ceremony honoring 72 local outstanding young Party members in various fields in 2024 also took place. This is the first time the program has been held in Binh Duong to praise exemplary young Party members, improving the quality of Party development.
