Covering over 20 hectares in Binh Duong New City, the center is a working place for departments and sectors, representing determination of the Party Committee for administrative foundation offered to the people and investors to satisfy the needs in a new stage. The constructions are in vision of Binh Duong in exchanges with international environment, helping the province to integrate deeper to global economy.

 

 Perspective of Center for Politics and Administration

 The design and architecture are sponsored by Singaporean CPG as the first modern and environmental friendly construction in Vietnam. Becamex IDC is assigned as chief investor at the cost of about USD 140 million. The construction is expected to complete by 2013, offering high-storey buildings with general view on Binh Duong New City.

 The center also has a car parking lot with capacity of over 1,000 cars while the complex is designed to be open to the community as well as convenient to the people including security cameras, magnetic operating cards, turning doors, etc.

 Visitors will feel free and at ease thanks to roofed passenger paths with clear guiding signs for administrative procedures. Besides, the center also has a square with capacity up to 10,000 people as possible audiences of festivals and events of the province.

 The center also reflects desire and efforts of authority to administrative reforms for a transparent, effective and scientific authority serving the people.
