The delegation paid an inspection visit to learn about implementation of the Politburo’s Instruction 07-CT/TW on “strengthening the Party and mass body building work at private and foreign businesses” and the Conclusion No.80-KL/TW dated July 29, 2010 on spurring implementation the Politburo’s Instruction No.07-CT/TW on developing the Party organization at industrial parks.

After the working visit, the delegation highly valued the provincial party committee and departments and agencies’ well implementation on the central instructions and conclusions.

In addition, the delegation learnt about difficulties and recorded the province’s petitions on implementing the instructions and conclusions on developing the Party organization and party members in industrial parks.

At the working session, the delegation suggested some models of the Party development at non-state businesses to help the province spur development of the Party organization and mass body.

Vu Minh Sang, chairman of the provincial People’s Council chaired a working reception with the Central Organizing Committee.
