Early Dec.22, a delegation of the Consulate General of China to HCM city, Hua Minh Luong (photo) paid a visit to southern Binh Duong province and handed a fund of over VND410mln to the local poor people. This fund was contributed by Chinese businesses that are making investment in the province.

 Nguyen Hoang Son, chairman of provincial People’s Committee expressed thanks for the donation and said that such charity activities will help tighten the relationship between Vietnam and China. Binh Duong will further make the best favorable conditions to attract investment from foreign businesses in general and Chinese ones in particular. Currently, Binh Duong is home to 80 Chinese businesses in operation.
