Under the agreements and coordination procedures for State’s Budget collection of related parties, payers to the State’s Budget including fees, expenses, taxes, administrative sanction, deferred payment fines, and other collectible accounts can come to the bank to pay in cash or transfer through personal or corporate accounts.

For cash payments, the bank shall not charge any fees and treat the payers as any other normal customers of the bank. After completing transactions, the payers shall be supplied with formal documents as agreed upon by related parties. Such documents can be submitted to competent authorities of Tax Division, Customs Division, and local State’s Treasury to fulfill the work items as required by the dossiers.
For this approach, payers to State’s Budget do not need to queue for their turns and travelling around various times. More importantly, they are treated as customers to the bank.

Mr. Le Ngoc Thanh, representative of an enterprise operating in My Phuoc Industrial Park talked about more favorable payments to State’s Budget than before at the Treasury as enterprises can make use of offices to transfer money without being limitted by administrative working hours. The banks working on collection to the State’s Budget have been digitized to accept payments at any time with full electronic documents to supplement the dossiers as required.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Head of My Phuoc Industrial Park Customs Division, informed that the deal contributed greatly to customs modernization, bringing up fast, convenient, accurate, and safe work for payers on win-win approach.
Mr. Vu Duc Long, Director of Binh Duong Provincial State’s Treasury stressed on the deal as trustworthy role of the banks.
“Despite greater pressure by more work to be done, the practical coordination, as I believe, should bring about better processing of banks in servicing State’s Budget collection in fast, accurate, and convenient manner,” said Mr. Vu Duc Long.
