On October 30, the Economic-Budget Commission of the Provincial People's Council chaired and coordinated with Commissions of the Provincial People's Council established a delegation to survey the results of handling voters' petitions sent to the 16th session (regular in mid-2024) of the 10th Provincial People's Council in Thu Dau Mot City.
Namely, at the 16th session of the 10th Provincial People's Council, voters of Thu Dau Mot City raised opinions and made recommendations related to land, environmental sanitation, construction investment, transportation, health care, education... Some of the voters' petitions were resolved by the relevant authorities. Despite the Provincial People's Committee directing relevant departments and units to address various issues, some responses received have not effectively targeted or aligned with the voters' recommendations. Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee also recommended that the survey team pay attention to transferring the voters' opinions to relevant departments and branches and promptly take specific handling measures, and clearly respond to voters.
Before that, the delegation went to Ward 3 of Hoa Phu Ward, Ward 6 of Dinh Hoa Ward and Ward 9 of Phu Hoa Ward to survey voters' petitions.
